The Vaccine Immune-Monitoring Platform at SVRI

The immune-monitoring platform at the SVRI has as its principal goals to identify the immunological profile associated with different infectious agents, cancers, and induced by registered and experimental vaccines.  Profiling consists of phenotypic, functional and genetic characterization of immune cells and tissues. The immune-monitoring platform is performing valuable studies that can identify the specific cells targeted and mechanism of action associated with specific vaccines.  These goals will contribute to research discoveries and the innovative advancement of vaccines.
